A lawyer in a non-governmental organization (NGO) is not only an advisor in formal matters, but above all a guarantor of compliance with regulations and support in effective management.
We provide assistance and advice in choosing the legal form. We prepare a statute in accordance with the law, taking into account the objectives of the organization. We represent in the registration proceedings of the National Court Register. In the course of our day-to-day activities, we draw up and verify contracts (e.g. with volunteers, donors, project contractors). We handle resolutions of the management board, general meetings of members or councils of foundations. We help in creating regulations and internal procedures.
